Lucky Wish Earn(LWE) Football Investment Platform Review

I was recently invited by someone close to me to join and invest in this new platform in Kenya that promises a small but steady profit returns everyday. All I'm required to do is follow the advisor's match plan and place a bet.

The platform also assures its investors 100% security of the money once they join the advisor's team through the Capital Preservation Plan.

In a quick walk through the platform's website and app these are what I found out:

First the website will require you to create an account with them for you to access any of their services which is okay.

After creating your account you will be greeted by this image that acts as the site's welcome, information and history page. 👇

As you can see the informations on this image are pictures of alleged certificates of good standing from the State of Nebraska, MSB registrant search result page and MSB registration status certificate. The image also has a briefly written history of the platform, sources of their funds, lists of their supposed partners and licencers. You can also see the alleged number of clients the platform has and not forgetting the claim that they are backed by Berkshire Hathaway

Now the real question is:

Is this platform legitimate and worth investing your money in or is it a disaster waiting to happen?

Before having your own opinion about this platform, let me share with you some of the facts that I've come up with after conducting a very intensive research and investigation on every claims of legitimacy by the sites administrations.

I have categorised them into positive and negative facts based on and supported by the evidences discovered. At the end of this article, it will be up to you to see and decide that as for you which side outweighs the other.

As it should be, I will outlay the positives first.

1. History and existence of the platform and it's Domain.

Positive 👍

After a search on Whois, the website has indeed been around for 12 years now at the time of writing this article. The platform's domain name was registered on 5th August 2010. It was then renewed again in August 2021 and is set to run through to August 2026.

Negative 👎

According to Lwe football platform, the platform has been operating in Kenya since 2016 and has managed to attract 3 million investors.

These are true lies that instead raises the following mind boggling questions :

a. Why is a website that has a traffic of 3 million not known by many in Kenya?

b. Why doesn't a company that has been operating in Kenya as a money service business since 2016 have a Kenyan license?

c. How has a company that has been operating in Kenya since 2016 managed to avoid attracting the attention of BCLB board of Kenya and the taxt agencies?

d. With the alleged traffic, how come a company that has been operating in Kenya since 2016 does not have a designated bank account, local office address and a working email address and instead uses Safaricom M-PESA lines for money transactions and social media pages and groups for communications?

These are just but a few questions among many more!

After conducting thorough investigation on the activities of Lwe admins on the platform's social media accounts these were my findings :

LWE football investment platform entered the Kenyan market on the 9th of May 2022.

The Lwe Football Platform Facebook page was created in March 10th 2014 under a different name. It's name was then changed to Lwe Football Platform on 27th May 2022. From the time of it's creation to April 2022 the group operated as an open group and had less than 20 posts without any defined agenda. This trend changed in May 2022 after the group changed it's name to Lwe Football Platform and based it's posts solely on Lwe Platform activities an indication that the platform begun it's operations in the month of May 2022 and not in 2016 as alleged.

These trends can also be seen on the personal Facebook accounts of the groups 3 admins.

For example let's pick Almasi Almasi and Lwe Platform you'll find a striking ressemblence in their activities and posts and take a keen note on the dates of activity's change.

In a private chat with Almasi, she confidently tells me that she joined Lwe football investment platform in February 2022 and confirms to me that the platform has been running for 12 years now and operating in Kenya since August 2016.

These claims are directly contradicting a post she made on her Facebook account and her page QueenQuote on 8th May 2022 regarding the launch of Lwe Football Investment Platform as you can see below.

Followed by this post👇 on the following day confirming the date Lwe started it's operations in Kenya.

In the platform's telegram groups, Almasi and her partners, play the roles of successful investors who have managed to accumulate a mouth watering high amounts of money in their accounts through compound interest, thus ensuring a daily returns of huge profits every time they play following the adviser's plan.

These roles as big earners have successfully duped unsuspecting investors into constantly depositing more money into their accounts with the target of one day reaching the levels of these big earners or even above not knowing that these big earners who never post any screen shots of their deposit messages are soon to be their scammers.

2. Reviews on Scamadvicer and Scamdoctor.

Positive 👍

LWE has been given a general clean bill of health by both Scam adviser and Scamdoctor websites. These are websites that use algorithms to do research and check on history, activities, website licences and registry information and reviews by past and current users to come up with information and opinion whether a website has a potential for being a scam or a legitimate business and the probability of you losing your money if you invest in them.

According to Scamadviser Lwe seems like a legit investment platform.

Negative 👎

LWE football platform has successfully managed to build a good trust score with it's investors by constantly posting messages on their social media platforms and on their websites about other alleged small illegal platforms who are trying to copy them and their ways of doing business. They have also created awareness that there are scammers platforms are also warning their investors against investing in these other platforms unless they want to lose their money on a daily basis. By also posting their alleged certificates of operation and links to search site have managed to keep their investors in control thus making it impossible for the analytic sites like Scamadviser and Scamdoctor to collect any negative reviews thus the high trust score ratings on these sites.

3. Licensing and Certification by Relevant Bodies

Positive 👍

Financial Crimes Enforcement Network Department of Treasury (finCEN)

LWE is successfully registered as a stock exchange and money transfer limited liability company(LLC) by the MSB board of the finCen, which is a government body monitoring financial crimes in the USA by international companies conducting businesses in USA.

The LWE administration has also displayed this to their members by posting pictures of MSB search results status and a screen shot of the MSB registration status information certificate on tops of sharing links to finCen for the members to conduct their own search and prove their credibility.

MSB Registration Status Information certificate

Screen shot of MSB Registrant Search

Unfortunately that's far as their legal registration goes.

Negative 👎

On finCEN Lwe football is registered as a money service business so there's just no way it should not be registered by Security Exchange Council (SEC) as a search on Sec yielded no results.

LWE claims that they have been registered with the Secretary of state of Nebraska and have been approved to conduct their businesses with the state. Their claim is backed by a supposed to be licence signed and stamped by the supposed to be Secretary of State of Nebraska Deborah Markowitz in the year of 2007 as you can see below.

Why do I say "supposed to be?" After conducting a research on the history of Secretary of State of Nebraska I found that Deborah Markowitz has never been the Secretary of state of Nebraska at any point in her career as you can confirm here in the list of the Secretary of the State of Nebraska.
In 2007 Deborah Markowitz was serving as the Secretary of State of Vermont.
Further scrutiny of the certificate shows that the supposed to be signature of the Secretary of State does not belong to Deborah as can be confirmed by the document signed by Deborah below :

With that in mind I can confidently say that the picture of document displayed by LWE administration is forged.
So why would someone forge a business document? The answer is obvious: If they're planning to use it to fraud people.

To confirm if there was a mistake somewhere, I conducted a search on the Secretary of State of Nebraska business registry and Lwe is not there. The most logical thing here is that no business entity can be allowed to conduct any legal business in any state or country without registration and authorisation by the local government.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Positive 👍

So far so good all the deposits and withdrawals that I have personally initiated have been successful. This has also been confirmed by some of my friends and family members who are investors in this platform.

Negative 👎

I still can't come around the fact that the platform's management and administration constantly advocates for more deposits but less withdrawals.

My understanding of this strategy is that, the platform actually does not have any other sources of funds apart from the deposits made by members and they're using these funds to pay members who withdraw money from the platform. Too much withdrawal of money from the platform will in turn expose this trick and will be totally impossible as witnessed in other similar platforms like :
1. LFC Football
2. Lucky Football
3. 86fb Football
4. BF Football

Not to mention their same introductory statements.
In conclusion with all these facts in place, I leave for you to decide whether the platform is a disaster waiting to happen or not.
I strongly advise you to be careful and super cautious with your investments in this platform and pay a close attention to changes in their communication trends and tones. Above all only invest what you can lose.
