Juventus have been deducted 15 points for inflating players values and lying to officials for monetary gain.
After an audit by the serie A financial prosecutor, the former serie A champions were found guilty of a number of financial violations that saved the club roughly €90 million in players salaries.
The Juventus board including the president Andrea Agnelli and vice president Pavel Nedved resigned from their posts in November after authorities raised concerns about financial miss management when they investigated the club over wage reduction during the Covid 19 pandemic.
>On top of the point deductions the Juventus board have been hit with suspension by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) among those is the current Tottenham director Fabio Paratici, who has been hit with a 30 month suspension.
FIGC confirmed the suspensions in a statement that read: " The federal court of appeal precided over by Mario Luigi Torsello have partially accepted the appeal of the Federal Prosecutor's office..... Serving Juventus with 15 penalty points to be served in the current season and with a series of inhibitions for 11 Juventus executives(30 months for Paratici, 24 months for Agnelli and [Maurizio] Arrivabene, 16 months for [Federico] Cherubini, 8 months for Nedved, [Paolo] Garimberti, [Enrico] Vellano, [Assia] Venier, [Caitlin] Hughes, [Danielle] Marilungo and [Francesco] Roncaglio.

Juventus may be able to appeal against the ruling which will see them in 10th place on the Serie A table after the deduction of the point.
